Solvent free primer for interior use, breathable. Made from pure linseed oil of superior quality.
Application range: 

Open-pored primer for wooden surfaces interior and exterior. No protection against UV and blue-staining fungi.

Technical qualities: 

Water repellent, penetrates deep into the wood, permanently elastic, water vapor permeable. Not suitable as a film forming coat.

Colour: 

Transparent, slightly yellowish. The colour of bright timber will be a bit darker after drying. All varnishes will show a slight yellowing by and by.

Full declaration: 
Linseed oil (pure, very low acid content, free of slime, unbleached) and drying agents. Linseed Oil Varnish contains max.1 g/l VOC. EU limit value for this product (cat. f): 700 g/l (2010).
Preparation: 

The surface must be dry (humidity of the wood max 15%), clean and free of dust and grease. Wood must be sanded according to the kind of wood and the desired penetration depth with 150 - 180 grain sandpaper in the direction of the wood grain.

Application: 
Stir well before use. Apply the product intensely by brush, roller or spray at temperatures above 10 °C.  After 20 minutes remove the shiny supernatants carefully to avoid stickiness. Allow to dry for 24-48 hours. Always apply a test coat. Ensure good ventilation conditions during use and drying times.
Drying time: 

At 20°C and  50 - 55% relative humidity:  dust-dry after 24 - 48 hours.

Approx. 50 - 70 ml/m2 depending upon the condition and absorbency of the surface.

Storage: 

Shelf-life under cool and dry conditions at least 5 years. Close lid tightly when not in use. Close lid tightly when not in use.

According to locally regulated laws. European Waste Catalogue (EWC)  08 01 12

Cleaning: 

Clean equipments immediately after use with LEINOS Thinner No. 200.

Do NOT induce vomiting.
Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
Always be sure to store cleaning cloth, polishing pads, sponges, etc. that are still wet or even slightly moist with product in an airtight metal container or in water and dispose, as there is a danger of spontaneous combustion caused by the plant oil content in the product.
The product alone will not undergo spontaneous combustion.
A typical smell may arise due to the natural raw materials.
During sanding wear mask against respirable dust.
