Covering chalk paint for renovation indoors
Application range:
Open pored chalk paint according to DIN EN 13300 with very good covering power, easy to apply and versatile. For easily stressed surfaces indoors, eg furniture, wall paneling etc.
Technical qualities:
Solvent-free, good filling and covering capacities, easy to process, high yielding. Wash resistant to DIN / EN ISO 11998 and DIN EN 13300, class 3. Wet abrasion class 3. Tested according to EN 71-3.
Colour:
Vanilla, White.
Full declaration:
Water, chalk, titanium dioxide, natural resins, talc, calcite, safflower oil, bees wax soap, methyl cellulose, benzisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone. The VOC content of this product is max. 1 g / l. The EU limit value is max. 30 g / l (category „a“ from 2010).
Drying time:
At 20 ° C and 50% relative humidity, surface drying after approx. 1-2 h. Thoroughly dried after approx. 12 h. Ensure good light and ventilation conditions during use and drying times. This system requires sufficient amounts of oxygen, a dry surface and a relative humidity that is not too high. Therefore, only work on a dry surface and provide good aeration, eg with a fan. Otherwise a lingering odour of plant oils possible.
Container sizes and coverage:
Approx. 80 - 120 ml/m2 per coat, may differ depending on the absorbency of the surface. Always do a test coat.
Storage:
Under cool and dry conditions, prevent from freezing. Shelf life of unopened containers 12 months.
Disposal:
According to locally regulated laws. European Waste Catalogue (EWC) 08 01 20.
Cleaning:
Clean equipments immediately after use with water.
Hazard statements:
Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction. Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist. Safety data sheet available on request.
