Preparation:

To achieve optimum results, please observe the technical data sheets for all products used. The substrate must be dry, solid, clean, free of grease and dust and must not be absorbent. We recommend priming with LEINOS Natural Resin-Lacquer Primer 810 and intermediate sanding with 150/180 grit. For highly absorbent surfaces, a triple coat of LEINOS Primer Oil 220, Natural Resin-Lacquer Primer 810 and top coat may be advisable. For colored coats, the Lacquer Primer can be mixed with the Finishing Lacquer in a ratio of 10:1.

Application:
Product is ready to use. Stir carefully before use! Apply by brushing, rolling or spraying. Check compatibility and adhesion with the substrate by creating test areas. Protect surfaces from rain, wind, sunlight and condensation during application/drying. Intermediate sanding with at least 180 grit should be carried out between applications.
Drying time:

Dust-dry after approx. 8 hours, touch-dry after approx. 12 hours. Can be sanded and painted over after 24 hours. This system requires sufficient quantities of atmospheric oxygen for drying. Therefore ensure good ventilation. Drying may be considerably delayed at low temperatures, high humidity or if the maximum layer thickness is exceeded.

Container sizes and coverage:
