For the open-pore top coating of wood and other surfaces interior use which have been treated with LEINOS Hard Oil 240 before.
Application range: 

For the open-pored top coating of wood and other surfaces treated with LEINOS Hard Oil 240, especially for areas exposed to intense wear and tear and for high-quality furniture treatment.

Technical qualities: 
Hard-wearing and water repellent finishing coat. Water vapour permeable, resistant to scratches. Tested in respect of functional properties of wood lac- quer and wood varnishes for interior surfaces according to DIN 68861. Migration behaviour tested according to DIN EN 71, part 3. Resistant against saliva and perspiration according to German Industrial Standard DIN 53160.
Colour: 

Transparent, colourless to slightly yellow. Silk effect without polish.

Full declaration: 
Linseed oil, wood oil, ricin oil, natural resin ester, isoparaffins, alumina, micro wax, drying agents. The VOC content of this product is 450 g/l. EU limit value max 700 g/l (class “f” 2010).
Preparation: 

Untreated wood must be pretreated with Hard Oil 240 or a similar product. The substrate must be dry, solid, clean, free of grease and dust and absorbent. Pre-sand wooden surfaces with 150 - 180 grit in the direction of the grain.

Application: 

Stir carefully before use! Brushing, rolling, spraying, dipping. Apply sparingly to avoid drying problems! Room and surface temperature above 15°C. Polishes up well. Important note: Regardless of the application, carefully remove the excess oil approx. 30 minutes after the last application.

Drying time: 
At 20°C and 50 - 55% relative humidity dust dry after approx. 10 - 12 hours. Fully dry after 16 - 24 hours. It is essential to provide adequate ventilation during the drying process!
Container sizes and coverage: 

Approx. 10 - 30  ml/m2 per coat. Apply sparingly to avoid delays or problems within the drying process!

Storage: 

Under cool and dry conditions. Close lid tightly when not in use, transfer leftovers to smaller containers. Shelf-life of unopened container 2 years.

Disposal: 

According to locally regulated laws. European Waste Catalogue (EWC) 08 01 11.

Cleaning: 

Product is adjusted ready for application. Clean equipments immediately after use with LEINOS Thinner 200.

Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Safety data sheet available on request.

Precautionary statements: 

Keep out of reach of children.
IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell.
Do NOT induce vomiting.
Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
Always be sure to store cleaning cloth, polishing pads, sponges, etc. that are still wet or even slightly moist with product in an airtight metal container or in water and dispose, as there is a danger of spontaneous combustion caused by the plant oil content in the product.
The product alone will not undergo spontaneous combustion.
A typical smell may arise due to the natural raw materials.
During sanding wear mask against respirable dust.
