Fixative primer for silicate paints, for interior use, solvent free.
Primer for strongly absorbent and sanding surfaces, pre-treatment for LEINOS Silicate Wall Paint 690. Suitable as thinner for Leinos Silicate Paint 690 to be used as an undercoat.
Transparent primer, deeply penetrating, extremely water vapour permeable, inhibits fungi and mould, induces an irresolvable silification of the surface.
Transparent, after drying nearly colourless.
Water, potassium silicate, organic binding material. Silicate Primer contains max 1 g/l VOC. EU limit value for this product (cat. a): 30 g/l (2010).
Stir well before use and during application. Product can be diluted with water up to 1:3 depending on the strength and absorbency of the substrate. Apply by brush or roller at temperatures above 15°C. Always apply a test coat. Ensure good light and ventilation conditions during use and drying times.
At 20°C and 50% relative humidity approx. 1 - 3 hours.
Approx. 100 ml/m2 depending on the absorbency of the surface.

Under cool and dry conditions, prevent from freezing. Shelf life of unopened containers 12 months.

Product is ready to use. Clean with water and LEINOS Vegetable Soap 930.

Avoid release to the environment.
Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Caution the product is alkaline! Protect eyes and skin against splashes. Splashes on glass, natural stone, aluminium, wood and paint should be washed off immediately with plenty of water.
