Short drying time, water based.

Application range:

Fast and hard-wearing pre- treatment for all absorbent solid wood, for interior areas.

Technical qualities:

Water-based primer, fast drying and easy to sand, gives an even colouring and prevents the oils to sink into the wood too deeply. Recommended application after a short drying time: LEINOS Oils like LEINOS Hard Oil 240 or LEINOS Hard Oil special 245.

Colour:

Yellowish.

Full declaration:

Water, shellac, ethanol, potash, methyl/benzisothiazolinone.

Application:

By brush or roller. After a short drying time of approx. 45 minutes sand the surface with 240 grain. Ambient and surface temperature must be higher than +15°C.

Thinning:

Use water for dilution. Clean equipments immediately after use with water and LEINOS Vegetable Soap 930.

Drying time:

At 20°C and 50% relative humidity: drying time approx. 45 minutes, depending on type of wood and amount applied.

Container sizes and coverage:

Approx. 90 ml/m² depending on the absorbency of the wood.

Storage:

Under cool and dry conditions, prevent from freezing. Shelf life of unopened containers 2 years.

Disposal:

According to locally regulated laws. European Waste Catalogue (EWC) 08 01 20

Hazard statements:

Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May produce an allergic reaction. Safety data sheet available on request.
